L casa automobilistica tedesca Bmw lancerà un bond benchmark in euro suddiviso in due tranche, secondo quanto ha riferito una delle banche bookrunner coinvolte nell'emissione, che sono Barclays, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs International, The Royal Bank of Scotland e Societe Generale Cib.
Il bondo dovrebbe ottenere un rating A2 da Moody's e A- dall'agenzia di rating Standard and Poor's.
